Sessions run in cycles of four consecutive weeks. Each cycle is a complete programme. Below you'll find the current and upcoming cycle information.

Money, salaries and what the state takes

Employment income in Croatia, how payslips work, gross vs. net explained, pension contributions, health insurance, income tax basics. Duration: approximately 90 minutes.

The Zagreb simulation

The hands-on session. Participants receive a fictional salary and work through a complete month of Zagreb life. Rent, utilities, food, transport, social life — every decision has a consequence. Duration: approximately 2 hours.

What to know before you come

Sessions are held in a comfortable, informal setting. There's no dress code and no need to prepare anything in advance — just come as you are.

Each session runs for approximately 90 minutes, with the exception of Session 3 (the Zagreb simulation) which typically runs for about two hours. We recommend attending all four sessions in sequence for the full experience, though we understand that circumstances vary.

Materials are provided at each session. There's nothing to buy or bring.
